Shipping and costs
We will process all orders within 1-5 days from receipt.
We shop virtually anywhere. Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically and added to invoice for shipping to the following countries:
For residents of other countries and in case of heavy goods all shipping costs are only estimates. If the actual shipping cost is higher to your location, then we reserve the right to waive the estimate and contact you with the actual shipping cost. In this case, you will not be charged until we have your order confirmation by email.
Delivery of heavy items (heaters and stoves)
Because sauna heater is a heavy item, we deal with delivery on a case by case basis. That means that we work with different shipping companies to find the best fare. It also means that shipping cost cannot be automatically generating here in the online shop. To get the shipping rates send an inquiry to email@example.com or by using the button in the right-bottom corner. Please state your delivery address and sauna heater model you are interested in. Pay attention that all heaters have different options (shape, metal or glass door etc).
Our products are made from the best pieces of wood and trees. All of our orders are checked before shipment to ensure order accuracy and quality of products. You must inspect the condition of received items upon delivery. Since wooden parts cannot be warranted against wear and tear, the manufacturer's limited warranty does not apply. Whisks are intended to be used once (except bamboo whisk).
Requests for returns must be made to ExpertSauna.com within 14 days of delivery by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.
